Om Yoga International is a yoga school in Tapovan, Rishikesh, founded in 2010 by Radhika Sharan (E-RYT 500, YCB Levels 1–6). It is registered with Yoga Alliance USA and teaches YCB courses under the Ministry of AYUSH. The same teachers run its residential courses in Rishikesh and its live online courses.
Our story — since 2010
The same school, the same teachers — now wherever you are.
Om Yoga International was founded in 2010 by Sh. Radhika Sharan ji in Tapovan, Rishikesh. She still leads the training, and holds E-RYT 500 with Yoga Alliance and every YCB level from 1 to 6.
Teaching draws on the classical texts — the Yoga Sutras of Patanjali, the Bhagavad Gita, the Hatha Yoga Pradipika and the Upanishads — alongside anatomy, teaching method and Ayurveda.
Our online courses are taught live on Zoom by the Rishikesh faculty, follow the same syllabus as training in person and lead to the same Yoga Alliance or YCB certificate. Every class is recorded for students in other time zones.

Traditional lineage
Teaching is rooted in the Yoga Sutras, the Bhagavad Gita and the Hatha Yoga Pradipika — classical yoga, not a fitness format.

Live, not pre-recorded
Classes happen in real time with a teacher who can see you, correct you and answer you. Recordings are there for catching up, not instead of teaching.

Around 12–15 students per batch, so every student is seen and every question gets an answer.
