Hi, my name is Kiran and I am from Uttarakhand, India. I have completed the Yoga Therapy and Prenatal Yoga courses from Om Yoga International. It was a wonderful learning experience with valuable practical knowledge and great guidance. I’m grateful for this experience.
I attended the 200 RTY course online from Australia. Ruchika madam was very knowledgeable in philosophy and anatomy subjects. Other teachers Ajay and Danish were very good at teaching asanas. It was a great experience overall.
